It was the Ferrari of Sebastian Vettel who sat at the top of the leaderboard for the penultimate day of 2017 pre season testing her at the Barcelona circuit in Spain, the German champion recording a whopping 156 laps to finish the day over three tenths of a second faster than the Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton.
Third quickest was the Force India of Esteban Ocon, who also posted a good number of solid laps with Danii Kvyat finishing in the top four for the first time this session.
Friday will see the teams in action once again for the eighth and final day of testing before they return to base and pack up ready to fly out to Melbourne for the season opening race in just two weeks time.
