Sebastian Vettel is happy at Ferrari, that is the word coming out of Maranello on Monday.

With reports that Sebastian Vettel may not be happy with Ferrari after a rather lacklustre 2016 season, where his frustration was heard several times over team radio colm0plaining about the actions of other drivers, the Maranello based squad have now confirmed that the German four time champion is fully committed to the team and to winning in 2017.

“With Vettel and Raikkonen we have two world champions on our books. Sebastian was here yesterday, working in the simulator and he repeated the fact that he wants to win with Ferrari. It’s up to us to give them a car capable of doing that,” Team Principal, Maurizio Arrivabene told the press at Ferrari’s annual Christmas press gathering.

Arrivabene also thanked the millions of Ferrari fans around the world and assured them that they were working very hard so as not to disappoint them next season as work goes full steam ahead to make sure their 2017 will be more than capable of challenging for victories.

The new car will be launched in late February.
