With the official confirmation of their 2017 driver line, which consists of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas, Mercedes also revealed the news that 2016 champion Nico Rosberg, who retired at the end of his championship winning season, has accepted an ambassadorial role with Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport

Nico’s first commitment in this role will be undertaken later today, (tomorrow European time) in Geneva, alongside former team-mate Lewis Hamilton at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) on behalf of team partner IWC Schaffhausen.
