Third Round FA Cup action concluded overnight and below are all the results as well as the confirmed dates for all the rescheduled replays.

After just a year in the Supercars Championship, Preston Hire Racing team owner, Charlie Schwerkolt is proud of how far they have come, especially after some of the pitfalls that came along the way.

Starting 2016 with just a REC, Racing Entitlement Contract, they contested the entire season, even if a few races were raced in a car from the Dunlop series after Lee Holdsworth wrote off their charger in the Darwin round, and scored several top ten finishes.

As the start of the 2017 season rapidly approaches, Charlie is feeling super excited…

“Even though it has been a really tough year, I am still very proud of my team. We started at the end of 2015 with absolutely nothing except a REC (Racing Entitlement Contract) a driver (Lee Holdsworth) and myself,” he said.

“To put the whole team together, purchasing a car, creating a team, premisis and infrastructure, it has been an incredible achievement in such a short amount of time, one that hasn't happened for 10 years in our sport. “

“Whilst we still had 4 -5 top ten finishes for the year, the foundations are laid for a much bigger and brighter 2017. Most of our partners are staying on the car for 2017 and with a new modern factory coming along and some new staff, performance upgrades for the car, I am super excited for 2017.”
