Thomas Maxwell's next challenge is the celebrated Nürburgring circuit, which will return to the calendar to kick-off the second half of the Formula Renault Eurocup season.

This circuit has amassed a great deal of history over the years and has a climate unlike any other venue, meaning that the young Aussie will certainly have his work cut out for him this weekend.

The Nürburgring has always been a favourite among drivers from all different series, including those racing this weekend in support of the FIA World Endurance Championship.

On this undulating layout, finding the right compromise will be vital to join the club of winners, which includes Jack Aitken, Stoffel Vandoorne, Daniil Kvyat, Valtteri Bottas, Roberto Merhi and James Matthews!

After a very difficult Hungarian GP weekend, Tech 1 Racing's Thomas Maxwell will be looking for redemption on the famous German track and hopefully outshine his fellow rookie teammate, Max Fewtrell, who was the winner for the fifth time among the rookies last time out in Hungary.
