The majority of the Motorsport World is taking a well-deserved break before things kick off for the 2017 season, however there is one series still going gung ho, Formula E with the Visa Vegas eRace set to take place this coming weekend along the Las Vegas strip.
The cars arrived in convoy for their public demonstration, along with the Qualcomm Safety Car and the new Jaguar I-PACE Concept being driven by Sam Bird, Antonio Felix da Costa and Mitch Evans.
Almost three years after the first Formula E contender, the Spark-Renault SRT_01E, made its debut in Las Vegas, all 20 Formula E drivers and 10 sim racers will test their skills on a bespoke track, incorporating the famous Las Vegas Strip, for the opportunity to win a share of $1 million - the biggest prize in eSports racing history.
The ground-breaking Visa Vegas eRace will take place at The Venetian Hotel tomorrow, January 7.
