About:
Kimi is one of the long term Formula One drivers after starting in the series back in 2001. At the time there was a lot of concerns raised due to his age and inexperience in open wheelers, but the Finn soon proved them all wrong. He started out with Sauber but moved to McLaren in 2002 where he continued to impress. He remained with the Woking based squad until the end of the 2006 season before moving to Ferrari where he won the world tittle the same year. After a rather disappointing few seasons, Kimi decided to leave the world of F1 for Rallying where he participated for two seasons, 2010 1nd 2011 before returning to F1 and the Lotus team in 2012. Two years later he returned to Ferrari where he remains to this day.
