Three players made important moves on Monday, as Kevin Gamerio, Bafetimbi Gomis and Brad Guzan all found new homes.

Gamerio moved cross-country to sign with La Liga giants Atletico Madrid, after spending the past three seasons at Sevilla.

A triple Europa League winner with Sevilla, Gamerio heads to Madrid for a fee believed to be worth around £27m, and will link up with Antoine Griezmann.

Marseille has completed a season-long loan for Swansea City forward Bafetimbi Gomis.

Gomis featured heavily during the beginning of Swansea's last Premier League campaign, but only managed six goals over the course of the season.

The 30-year-old heads back to France, where he was playing before Swansea signed him from Lyon in 2014.

United States international Brad Guzan has joined Premier League outfit Middlesbrough after being relegated with Aston Villa last season.

Guzan joins Victor Valdes at Middlebrough, who also signed with Boro during the summer transfer window.
