West Bromwich Albion has reportedly agreed a deal with West Ham over the sale of Hammers forward Diafra Sakho.

Sky sources believe the deal is worth around £16m.

The 26-year-old Senegal international handed in a transfer request in July, and has now had his wish granted.

Sahko joined West Ham from French club Metz in 2014 and impressed during his early days at West Ham, scoring in six consecutive games.

He finished the 2014/15 season with 12 goals, but was unable to find the same form this season, missing a majority of the campaign with a thigh injury.

Sahko joins Matt Phillips as the two players Tony Pulis has signed signed during the transfer window.
